Keeping fit has always been a priority in my life. I am fortunate
to be healthy, but I wanted to maintain my energy level as I grew
older. To do this I pay attention to nutrition and exercise.
However, a few years ago, I noticed stiffness in my body and
difficulty in performing routine activities. I heard about yoga
and began classes with Liz.
The gentle stretches, the motions, learning awareness of body,
mind and proper breathing made a huge difference. I had great
tension in the neck and shoulder area. Yoga provided relief. Yoga
energizes the body, yet calms the mind!

every day life. Sometimes I find myself getting nervous but then I
remember to use my breathing exercise and just enjoy life.

When I first came I
couldn't do some of the movements but now I can; it's amazing. I
have more pep. I can bend more. My balance has really improved.
I've got a more positive attitude. I look forward to the
relaxation at the end of the session. I've never been that relaxed
before. I just love it.
