Wear comfortable, modest clothes such as sweatpants, leggings,
shorts, a T-shirt, tank top, etc. Yoga is done in bare feet.
Bring - Bath towel, Thick-firm blanket, Sticky mat
Eating - You will be more comfortable if your stomach is empty
before practicing Yoga. This means you need to wait 3 hours after
a heavy meal and 1 to 2 hours after a light meal before you do
yoga.
Assisting - As your Yoga Teacher I will be coming around to
assist you while you are in the postures. This means that I may
show you how to do the posture with the use of a prop such as a
tie or blanket. It may also mean that I may guide you with a
gentle touch. Some people want this extra guidance and other
people enjoy their yoga experience more if they are not touched
during the class.
