If you miss a class at your usual time, you can make it up at any other class time.

Beginner's Yoga

This is a good class for people new to Yoga. The series will start in a gentle manner and over time, as you get stronger and more flexible, the class will gradually get more challenging. During the series you will learn the basics of Yoga which are the asanas (postures) and some pranayamas (breathing techniques.) The postures and breathing techniques enable you to expand your awareness so you can hear the messages your body sends. This helps you to live with stress in a more healthy way.

If you have injuries the best advice is to plan a 15 minute to 1 hour session with Liz. Modifications will be given that would not only substitute postures for you but that could speed the recovery process.

Gentle to Moderate Yoga

This class is for people who have already learned the basics of yoga. The directions for the postures are given so that you will be able to do the yoga in a gentle way or make it more challenging. In addition, you will learn classic breathing techniques (pranayamas) that will help you gain more control over your breath and therefore your energy and mind.

Power (Vinyasa) Yoga

Vinyasa means, 'to flow'. We will flow from one posture to another, each muscle is challenged by strengthening and stretching creating an internal massage. You will feel cleansed and refreshed after a deep relaxation.

Yoga Party

You’ve heard of a Tupperware Party.  This is a Yoga Party.  You can have a Yoga Class in a place of your choice (home, work, park, rented space, etc.) and invite friends, co-workers, neighbors, and/or relatives to join you.  This is great for you to share the benefits of Yoga with people who’ve never tried it before.

You can take it a step further and add chair or regular massage for a complete Spa Day when and where you want it.

Call or email for more details.
